Great food and clean mall
Friendly staff. But Edgars in Paarl dont have a big variety of kids clothing and shoes. Actually overall in all departments. Edgars is definately not the same store that people used to know back in the old days.
What a disappointment. I went there to buy parfum and was sent to the cashier in front. The lady at the parfum counter was on the phone. There were staff members standing around on their cell phones laughing and talking very loud. The cashiers are very slow and after 20 minutes of waiting with no movement in the line, I went to out my parfum back on the shelf and left the store. Really bad or no service here. Management should have more control of the staff....
Interesting place...large shop, so must probably pay a lot of rent but shelves are always half empty. No clue how they can survive.
Sales assistant confirmed a lot of customers are complaining about faulty Nokia cell fones that are on special,I bought 2 but one of them is not working properly upon returning it within 7 days they said it must be booked for assessment or repairs,,if they dont find a fault you pay for the assessment which lives you with no choice but to take the fon coz they dont give courtesy fones,,the manager was so rude that I decided to take the fon myself to the network provider free of charge fo assessment,,I dont recommend anyone to buy those fones that are on special offer..
Awful experience. I was looking for assistance with a query on my account, but the ladies I dealt with were unhelpful. All I got were blank stares and a complete lack of interest to do anything further. My asking for help was more an inconvenience to them. I wish I knew why it is always the apathetic people who are in customer service.
Service is not the best, you struggle to get someone to help if your looking for something.
They had a great sale ...but there was NO STAFF on the floor, which is bad if you have questions or help with anything. Staff at the till were very helpful, friendly and professional.
Lady was very efficient, friendly and helpful when I returned my purchases this evening in spite of the one pc not behaving as it should have. Apologised for this even though it wasn't her fault. Calmly thought of another solution and all was sorted shortly. Thnks! And this after a tough day at my own work!
