Too busy to make lunch at home, but too food-loving to put up with the monotonous, industrialized gloop masquerading as "take away lunch" at supermarkets & petrol stations - 3 entrepreneurs instead decided to open THE LUNCH DEPARTMENT to offer awesome take-away lunches based on the following promises:
- FRESH: No sell-by dates or nightlife at LUNCH DEPT - every day we start from scratch so if our food isn't sold by the end of the day we eat it ourselves or give it to charity.
- WHOLESOME: Your food shouldn't come from a machine. At LUNCH DEPT our food is hand-made, honest, and packed with flavour
- ENERGY: Grabbing lunch should be a break and a relief, not a drag. At LUNCH DEPT our food will keep you going and the vibe is for free.
- DISCOVERY: Boredom is forbidden! We do old favourites with alluring twists, and refresh our menu once a week so you'll always find something new at THE LUNCH DEPARTMENT
