Started by a small, and very thirsty, band of South Peninsula boys in 2016, with a mission to make great beer.
About our Brewer:
We contracted in Rene du Toit from Namibia Breweries to develop our beers. Originally from Cape Town, Rene is a fully-qualified German Brewer with years of experience, especially with Reinheitsgebot beers. He has brought that German skill and precision back to the Mother City to craft some delicious, and very refreshing beers.
We are still looking around for our own place, but in the meantime, Valley Breweries (Lake Side Beer Works) have allowed us to brew in their great little brewery in Kommetjie.
Sandstone Lager:
Bavarian Munich Lager, complex malty flavour with a hint of caramel and spice, medium body and very smooth.
Summer Breeze:
Refreshing, light-bodied Pilsener with a slightly sweet finish, medium bitterness and a unique blend of fine hops.
