Clean facility, well priced. Just found it difficult to get hold of the head office a while back, all sorted out now.

I'm sure that the gym & infrastructure deserves a 5 . As for my experience/enquiry I wish I could not even rate a 1 ... unfortunately. I am very familiar with the GO Health brand & gym as I was a member at GO Health Durban North branch hence why I was at the Fairlands Walk branch I popped in to just find out if I could get a session or 2 just to see if the gym would work for me. I was quite disappointed as when I approached the front desk & introduced myself then enquired if we can look at or if the GO Health Gym has a option of me trying out first before committing to a gym contract. I did the day before going to the gym go on Google & requested a call back & I sent a email but neither was responded to which in my opinion VERY disturbing as I think that GO Health could potentially be loosing tons of potential clients. So no response online!!! first... Secondly, I was without even the slightest of business etiquette shut down with "WE DON'T DO IT!!!" Not sure let's talk or please have a seat & a consultant will be able to attend... just a closed door slammed shut. Very sad but it is a blessing as I could have been there signed up & then only to find out that their customer care is pathetic.

I am very disappointing with the level of service; I used to be greeted with a smile every time I came, they remembered my name and took an effort to be engaged with their clients - but now? Different story. They take your money for services they could not provide over lockdown, and when you try to cancel they ghost you and keep sipping on your bank account! Good luck trying to get through to anybody on the admin side - took me 2 months to get a response to my emails! You've lost a client and I will no longer be referring you.

Best working environment... State of Thee art facility and technology is your friend.

This is a good gym, priced at 400p/m depending on your contract type, there is a R150 fee for a smart card which you use to track your workouts in each machine, these stats are sent to your account which can be viewed from the go health app, the gym comes with smart equipment such as treadmills with displays and headphone jacks if you want to listen to music/watch something while you run, and plenty of other equipment to choose from to work out each body part. This gym also has a program each week with classes that you can attend at any certain time as long as you are a member of the gym. There are cold water fountains and showers in the bathrooms, as well as lockable cabinets to store you stuff, provided you bring your own padlock, it's just a shame that the building is not big enough to include a swimming pool as it sadly lacks this. Otherwise, it is a nice gym to attend

Very nicely laid out, spacious & well equipped gym. Friendly and mostly helpful staff. Annoying that something isn't done about members who only go there to sit and be absolutely engrossed with their phones, while holding up others who want to use the machines or exercise equipment.

Im very dissapointed with the service received by your staff. I have requested that my membership be cancelled as of the 19 June 2019, i was assisted by Marieschen who advised that my membership will be cancelled. To date i still have debit orders going of my account. I have communicated to ,Nizaam & Nathan regarding the cancellation of my membership aswell as refunding me on all the unauthorized debit orders. All of which has yielded no results. Your after sales service is pathetic,your staff truly dont understand the meaning of customer service.
