I can't recommend Lejeane enough. I suffered from ITB and she had me out running again in no time and I have not had any set backs since. I've also had to see her for various spinal and hip ailments which she has also been able to strengthen as much as my mechanics would allow. Lejean is friendly and knowable and will do anything in her power to make sure that her patients are happy and pain free as far as possible, and her hand drawn stick men instruction are so easy to follow along. A more dedicated Bio I have yet to meet.
Lejeane is great at what she does. Professional in every way. Highly recommended!
I got to know Lejeane, whilst she was an intern. She hugely impressed me as being caring,and compassionate,yet professional. She was able to read a patient's needs easily and put her knowledge into practise, very easily and her confidence in her own ability, comes across within very balanced practices and her character ensures the patient that she has her knowledge and skills to keep the patient at ease. These characteristics grew with her experience in practise. When, I was told that Lejeane was going to start her own practise, I did not hesitate to follow her. From not using my shoulder muscles and the muscles in the thoracic area, I am now able to isolate each muscle in those areas. The muscles in my neck are much stronger as well. With her guidance and assistance and her working with my other health professionals, I am able to use those muscles in my day to day tasks and also when competing in dance competitions. I wish Lejeane just the best for her practise and know that everyone that she works with is in good hands. Well done and may your practise be the best practise, for many patients for many years.
Lejeane is so good at what she does, and such a pleasure to work with, that I insist on using her even though I now live in the US. Even over Zoom she is able to know exactly what exercises I need, and how to tweak them to suit my body’s idiosyncrasies. I have been to over a dozen professionals bios, physios and chiros over the years, in both SA and the USA, and Lejeane is the ONLY person to have delivered SUSTAINED improvements in my back and neck problems. She is a LITERALLY the best!
Lejeane changed my quality of life for the better with her treatment, encouragement and support. I was treated for several problem areas but also for rehabilitation post cancer. I am stronger and have better muscle mass and flexibility due to her patience and treatment. I can highly recommend her facility.
Visited this practise to do my vitality assessment. Great service and professionalism received from Lejeane, her practise is spacious and very clean. Lejeane follows covid protocols and I felt safe. Would recommend Lejeane over and over.
Lejean was the best thing that happened to me after I was diagnosed with axial spondylitis. She helped me through very bad times that I eventually got to a stage where I am now almost over the bad times and can get on with my life. Lejean, I will always be grateful for your support and teaching me how to manage the AS so that I dont fall into that dark stage in my life again and I can enjoy being as active as possible. Movement and being active are my greatest friends and thank you for giving that to me

Neat , Professional and the best biokinetics experience. Lejeane has great passion and knowledge in her field. If your doctor or any health professional has referred you to a bio, this is the place to be.
Have been attending biokinetics sessions at Lejeane Inacio Biokinetics for the past two 2 years. Always great sessions with excellent results. Note too, that I am a semi-handicapped person, which requires extra therapy. Premises are spotlessly clean and all Covid-19 regulations are strictly adhered to. I can highly recommend !!
