Very racist and arrogant manager. We arrived and were told entrance is R200pp for adults and R100pp for children. 10 minutes later I receive a WhatsApp text from an enquiry I had sent earlier stating that entrance is R100pp for adults and R50pp for kids.  I was probably charged double because I was black. I’m actually disgusted by the treatment received from the man at reception.

If you are a black person don't even think about visiting this place...The most racist place you can ever visit. No airconditioners, unfriendly dogs which roam around and make you uncomfortable...The manager is racist and arrogant.Rooms: 1/5

Very clean. Would have liked an air-con, tea - we only got coffee, and toiletries.  Rooms: Hand towel would be nice Bed side lamps would be appreciated  Food & drinks: No restaurant,  bit disappointing  Noteworthy details: Good security

The place has completely been upgraded. Nice, clean feel to it. They also host functions like baby showers in  The Shed. Had a comfortable stay.

I visited Inkwazi  Lodge on the 21 of October 2021. What a lovely surprise. I enjoyed lunch there and can really recommend it. The place is beautifully clean and with its friendly staff and nice surroundings it was a lovely day. Thank you Inkwazi and staff for your hospitality. Will DEFINITELY visit soon again.Rooms: 5/5

Reading the reviews below, I see my experience wasn't an isolated one. The manager/owner, whoever she is soo rude. We booked the place based on a positive experience previously but were disappointed dismally.  She apparently doesn't allow music, and it's stipulated onbthe website, she however allowed us to play soft music and minimum sound, she then turns off the electricity supply and claims loadshedding.  We decided we will make do with what we have.  During our event her colleague comes looking for Martha, we have no Martha, she then comes claiming she doesn't care she wants her money. How unprofessional can one be, to demand payment in front of guests as if we theives in the night.  I would never recommend this place because the manager is rude..  Its really sad as my first experience was such a delight.

Its just okay, no entertainment in this area, the food also needs more improvement. The swimming pool is too small and shallow, this place is very dark. No one is welcoming visitors and tour them about available resources in the yard. They need more training on customer services.
