My preferred panel beater and best stop to fix your vehicle after an unfortunate accident. I have been using them for the last 6 years and exceptionally happy with their service and workmanship. Customer service and CRM is excellent keeping you update on the progress of your vehicle.

Really shocking. Once they left my car outside in the hail whilst it was being repaired. Then had my car for ages and said they had heard nothing from insurance but had been emailed several days before. Sprayed the car and still had black patches on it. Rather drive to Rivonia.

My vehicle is painted bad on my left back body after collection yesterday 7 Dec 2022,very poor job. Roof and bonnet dents damaged by hailstorms at this place, Prolone Sandhurst during repairing,Very annoyed and upset. Show us they dont take care of repaired cars which are parked outside during hailstorms and bad weather. in 2 time at 14 March 2023 my vehicle was taken there for repairing again for whole day. When I came back to collect after 3pm, it is still not finished till late 5pm. Painting and polishing still very bad job, colour still not match right. Very disappointed with their service . Very Annoyed

After I got my car back, I found that someone had 'removed' my cell phone holder and broke me air vent, my boot no longer closes properly, the brake lights don't work, there is overspray on the rear light covers and they did not replace a section of interior carpet. If you’re thinking of using these guys, think twice, please. I have used them twice and both times they have failed to fix the fundamental issues that they were supposed to fix. This has resulted in the car having to go back to repairs both times after I collected it. They made no efforts to manage the inconveniences, such as providing transport after failing to fix the car to the first time. An example of the poor work: I collected my car after it was being repaired for a bash and run incident. The paint was splattered all over the side mirror, window and wheel with no attempt to clean up. The car smelt awful as if it had been left with water inside unable to dry. The door that was the main focus of the fix wasn’t even closing properly. This was the state they left the car in at its final stage of collection, which begs the questions: Was any quality check done? Evidently not. Did they expect me to simply accept the issues and shrug it off? Clearly. Their ability to keep you posted is great, but the work itself and their willingness to help when their failed fixing inconveniences you, nonsense.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Be warned! Take pictures of the vehicle as you book the vehicle in! when receiving your vehicle do a proper walk around and review areas that your car was not worked! Booked vehicle in with a multi panel scratch. Received the vehicle back with a new scratch and polish job that was so bad it needed to be resprayed. Not only did they do a pathetic job at repairing the damage I had. I had also received the back with interior panels that were mis-fitted. The best part is that my vehicle now has a new dent along and scratch on the opposite side and they are denying that they were responsible. If your insurance suggests you use their service please request to use another supplier.Service: Painting

The only reason I'm given them a one star is because you can't give a zero star rating. They are incompetent and unethical. Our car went in for hail damage and came back with more damage. They broke stuff inside the car, by stripping internal panels, not sure what for. It seemed like they were looking for a tracker. T hey are so dodgy I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst part is that they were approved by the insurance. So now I'm changing my policy as well, because it is a bad reflection on momentum.
