Their service is excellent as far as I am concerned. I have never had an issue with their front line staff, or the doctors. I completely disagree with those who say they are rude and unprofessional. This is an unfair statement at best. They have many rules to follow with regards to medical aid procedures, and if you're turned away, it doesn't mean they don't want to help you. In most cases that would be an issue between you and the medical aid you signed up for. The practice and their staff cannot be blamed for that.

The drs are great but the receptionist not helpful at all. Don't bother phoning them if you have an emergency. Lunch is more important. Been a patient for many years but got told to go somewhere else.

Excellent doctors and services. I will never go anywhere else.

Goog service with good doctors, has a more comfortable feel to it than large chain medical facilities.

I really was disappointed by Optimed. The receptionist was in a really bad mood and refused to accept my medical aid as an out of network, yet last week, they seen my daughter who is on my medical aid with no issues. Don't waste your time going here
