Pick n Pay

This is what the meet section looked like. I mean come on guys, fix these problems please. The lady at the Delly always seems to ignore a person when you then try to get her attention she gives a dirty look and then continues ignoring you. I have seen this happen to 3 people right after me. Then there are never any of the items listed on special. When you finally finnish up you stand in long queues due to only 2 open tills and 6 closed at peak hour. Then theres never really a friendly cashier as well. Please do something about the rude cashiers as well. A person does not want to see a negative face thats talking to the packer in their home language about you thinking you dont understand to be the last thing you experiance in a family store before leaving.

If my family and I don’t die from the food poisoning from Picknpay VR Mall, I don’t know what will kill us. We bought mince from them and we couldn’t sleep that night due to the sore and runny stomachs! Then we bought frozen vegetables and we couldn’t cook it because it was rotten to the core! Today, 24th April 2023 we bought fresh milk in a carton and it was Maas inside! I am never going to buy from this store again.

I purchased a tray of boerewors yesterday, I was highly disappointed .. Upon cooking it , the meat smelled awful and tasted rotten . This is terrible for Pick n Pay to sell this to consumers.. I always chose this store for its price & convenience, but never again

There are never enough cashiers around month end when it's super busy therefore the ques get so long and barely move. Also, recently the facial care product boxes are all empty, nothing in the boxes!..do they want us to purchase empty boxes??? Luckily I checked before putting it in my basket. This is unacceptable, New management please! this is the pick n pay at Van Riebeeck, Edenvale

The only reason I'm giving this Pick n Pay 4 stars is because of Johanna. I collected my online shopping there and spent 3 hours waiting because, once again, the online order system is a disaster!!! Honestly, I've never been more disappointed. It's not as if Pick n Pay are a new store but the amount their online store screws up is terrible. I'd be embarrassed if it was my system. Johanna spent the entire time trying to assist us and get us out the store and on our way. In the end, the error wasn't rectified but we needed to leave. Johanna needs to be recognised here for her willingness to go above and beyond.

I bought naartjies for approx R26 a packet and I could not eat one all old and rotten.

Ok for the basics, very small variety, I rarely find what I'm looking for. Couldn't get to most of the veggies as the left crates there, no way to get what you need. Owner / manager need to start looking what's going on in his shop.

The security is useless as hooligans stole my luggage from the parcel counter near the security point! Reported the matter, the so called Supervisor and the security saw it on camera but no further actions had been taken. They mentioned, it is not the first time, so I thought to myself that this folks know that customers lose their stuff and they aren't doing anything 'bout it! THEY DO NOT CARE for their customers!

It was easy to find and very convenient to go about and very clean and secure
