It's a great place to buy stationary

NEVER in my life have I experienced such rotten service. Went to collect diaries which were paid for and told were in stock. After 3 hours of backwards and forwards between the despatch area and the reception area was told that they do not have the stock. Then no one knew how to refund me by reversing the payment. This seems to be the norm as two other customers were experiencing similar issues. Typical corporate with incompetent managers and pathetic systems!!

Collecting orders from waltons, you will wait forever and you have to constantly keep asking for progress...Today I recieved a "story" of "the person who is responsible for my order is not at their desk and they cannot get hold of them. WORST EVER!!! Waiting times are usually between 15 to 60 minutes. I do not mind waiting but at least keep me posted

Had the worst experience ever!! They are so rude and incompetent. My son's school recommended them to me and was told we can order online and have the stationery delivered to my preferred address. I sent through proof of payment and order form but have not received anything from them over 2 weeks now!!!!. When I call them they keep transferring my call from department to department with no help!!

We there to buy stationery, and was turned away and told they do not sell anything there anymore , I have to go find a store , there should be a sign outside saying no sales of stationary , I spent 20 min inside from one side to the other just to be told that

Not so busy . Stocks a fair degree of general stationery . I bought some marking crayons , stapler and two hole punch. Fairly happy with my purchase.
