Lynette is an excellent Pilates instructor with over 30 years of ballet and modern dance teaching experience. She understands the mechanics of movement and is an essential part of why I am a professional mime artist today.

I am so glad I've joined Transform Pilates - ONLINE Pilates classes! The instructor's voice is so peaceful, yet encouraging at the same time! As a busy homeschooling mom & wife, for me this is just the right mix between a workout and quiet time!  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Wonderful experience just to come there and relax and enjoy the execercises. Lynette is professional and  explains it all very well and easy to work along with her. Experience physically the difference allready after a motnth. Thanks  Lynette !!
