Down to earth studio where the teachers encourage you to do the best you can.. Lovely community of grounded individuals who work hard! Inside parking that is free before 7am and after 16h30 as well as weekendsR10 from 8am until 17h00 highly recommend for yogis looking for a dedicated group of friends to practise alongside.

Wow. The most excellent experience since I started yoga. Aaron is an excellent trainer and gentle on the eye too!

Small studio in stadium on main. It's inside the gym, which is a little bit annoying but the space is great. After walothrought the gym you get the yoga studio which is well insulated and seems to be pretty Sound proof. This makes it a suitable environment for yoga although the journey to the studio is not relaxing, once you are in the space you can relax. The gym is accessed through the parking lot level M, which is a bit hard to find if you walk in off the street. Take the elevators to level M and then walk across to the parking lot. Room did not feel as humid as it should be, but it was warm enough to do bikram. The teacher was great and the classes are small, so you get more attention from the instructor. Overall, I'd recommend this spot, but be sure to checkout their newer, larger and stand-alone studio that is opening soon.

My escape from a busy world. Absolute peace and tranquility. A nice toning workout and thee most zen instructors. Love all of them.

Such a great experience, professional instruction, warm studio and good music. Was most tragic that covid rules closed down your big studio. Completely illogical seeing that corona does not like heat and yogis are healthy creatures. Really appreciative that you are open again! yay

Their pricing is so affordable too and the staff are super friendly. I just love interacting with the community cultivated at Yo Yoga! Good vibes. Good vibes.

Amazing experience here as a tourist to the area, attending Yo for the week during a visit to Newlands. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Great variety of times and class offerings, plus all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend!
