Very very disappointed. I normally love this RocoMamas. The staff are professional and lively and the food is always good. However I’m afraid the server who helped us was not up to that standard. Didn’t get a name, but tall guy with glasses wearing a little bag around his waist/shoulder. He did really well to make us feel unwelcome. Seemed as though all he wanted was for us to finish so that he could go home. What is normally a wonderful experience was nowhere near what I expected. I hope that this kind of behaviour isn’t encouraged

Not bad but not great. Milkshakes were decent but I'm not a fan of cardboard straws - they always get soggy and I feel they affect the taste of the drink... also I don't quite understand why they put paper under the food?Food: 3/5

A Disappointing Patty Experience RocoMamas! I ordered an American Cheese Burger and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The patty was severely overcooked, burnt, and dry, making it completely inedible. I urge RocoMamas to pay more attention to the quality of your patties and improve the cooking process to ensure customers have a better dining experience. A well-prepared patty can make a world of difference in the overall enjoyment of a burger.

First time ever trying Rocomamas and I honestly don't know what 'the hype is about. Chicken strips was amazing 10/10 Cheesy fries was good a solid 9/10 Lemon pepperwings was perfectly cooked but the seasoning was confusing 6/10 Jalapeno Bombs was soggy and deflated when it got to the table 1/10 I took 1 bite of my Burger and I was done , the bun was old and the patty was dry. I asked for a dessert menu , waffel price was R40 , ordered one for my daughter. 10min later the waiter asks if I want a big waffel instead because the kitchen got my order wrong and I said ok . I was never informed of the price increase. I ended up paying R89. Also I felt like I was in a taven. Music was way to loud. Waste of money , never going back again.

It was a beautiful experience and our waiter Radzi was amazing. Always checking up on us if we okay until the end.

Absolutely shocking. We had to wait 1h 15min to receive our take away order. When we placed the order we were told 35min which was ok, but then we went to collect after 35min and it wasn't ready. They could not give us an estimated time we followed up another 3 times and eventually received our food, along with a voucher as an apology for the wait. 5 minute trip home, get home and chips are cold and stale, so definitely not freshly prepared. The chicken for my chicken burger was also a little undercooked. So shocking service and below par food, chances are very slim that I will be using the vouchers.

My family of 5 ate out at roccomamas somerset mall yesterday... We always do.. The service is always brilliant but our special thanks and appreciation goes out to manager Heindrik who went the extra mile to make sure that our experience was the best.. Thank you Heindrik.. May God bless you and your family always.. Please bring back the chicken schnitzel shroom.. It's the best We shall be back

Cain was very awesome, very vibey guy I could actually tell that he's still new but he actually made my night out with my colleagues. Thumbs up!!
