Rustenburg Inn

Quest are loud, getting drunk late at night. The bath/shower hose is broken. Rooms are extremely hot, aircon doesn't have a remote.Rooms: 2/5

They place is really for miners. If you don't need a proper working shower.... Please stay here. If you need a shower the soils very hot and then very cold water in perfect sinc.... This is the place is just what you need... Then you can say I stayed in a proper african shack whooowww

Warm welcome. We were shown around to our rooms and given our privacy throught the rest of the stay. Well located not far from the mall. The fact that the rooms had DSTV and aircons was AMAZING!! We each caught up on our favourite shows while cooling off separately. Enough kitchen utensils for everyone. Unlimited access to the pool area. The cottage had shortage of hot water sometimes though.. i hope it gets fixed soon. Satisfactory house-keeping. I think they need to schedule a certain time in which they clean all the rooms. But otherwise we had a warm and welcome stay there. I highly recommend anyone who's taking a holiday to NW to consider the place. Highly affordable for large families too.

Staff were friendly and helpful, however the room was not cleaned properly, there was noise in the Inn until after 12am and the breakfast was a cold take away. I would not easily stay at this establishment again as when I travel to the area again as I go for work and the stay was just not up to standard.

My first experience at the guesthouse was great, the room was neat and tidy, with a lovely garden view. My second experience was the complete opposite, we got booked into a room that was close to being uninhabitable, the shower was a mess, no air conditioning, the floor was sticky and we woke up to no electricity the next morning.

It is worth no star, the food they supply is terrible and definitely NOT even close to worth what you pay for. Other guests have parties until very late at night, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. I will definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for accommodation.

Worst sleep over in 50 years. Matresses are worn down. Feels like things are crawilng over you when sleeping, and most of all, my vehicle was damaged. R600 for a bed per knight, no breakfast. No credid card facility, cash only.

We had an excellent overnight stay with my niece Tshepi Maselwa, my son Kamano and my grandson Aone, whom we were celebrating his 5th birthday. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. they made us feel cared for and at home. Overall a fantastic stay with fantastic people. We will definitely come back very soon.

-We wanted to cook supper after checking in but were told the stove is not working. We were offered a 2 burner coil cook-top which was terribly slow. When one side is working the other side "goes on break". Even so, we had to wait for the other customers to finish cooking before we could do it. We went through the same struggle on Saturday morning. On Sunday morning. The small, super slow stove was gone, we had to borrow it again. -We were short of utensils. We couldn't find the tin opener, forks and knives and clean swabs. -We were told to wash the dishes though the was NO dish-washing liquid, not even powdered soap. -We struggled every time we needed to iron our clothes, looking for the iron. At some point we were told to check one employee's room, onsite. We called and knocked, he was not available. The other lady ended up lending us her own iron. I sent an email to the owner about this, she still haven't responded.

It was a lovely stay, clean and very neat. And staff are very helpful. It just needs a kitchen in the self catering rooms other than that it's lovely.
