I am afraid i cannot say anything positive. We booked online and it was showed as available. We received an email saying we have to pay the full amount deposit upfront which we promptly did. We received an email from one Tossie Muller that "they assume we received their message that the place was taken but could offer us an alternative". No such email reached us before we made payment. Upon investigating the alternative and having read other reviews of folks who have been offered the alternative and were bitterly disappointed, we opted not to go ahead and requested a refund. We were abruptly and unapologetically told to "contact Safarinow.com you paid them!" I believe this is bad business and they clearly do not have there client's interest at heart at all. I cannot recommend this place at all. The one star i given them, based on our experience in dealing with them is two stars too many. Avoid.
As Sutherland is know as one of the coldest places in South Africa, it's still one of the most breathtaking sights I ever saw. And this guest house is not to be taken for granted. The view from the house was amazing to wake up to and it even has wifi that's not slow, indoor fire place and sleeps up to 7 people. Deserves the 5 star rating.

Many thanks to the owner for the nice evening we were able to stay there in the wonderful house. Beslis die moeite wert om daar te bly rustig stil natuurskoon als en die huisie is baie goed toegerus met als wat jy benodig om lekker te kan bly . Sal enige tyd weer gaan . Die grond pad is biki al deur gery maar nie so bad nie mens ry inegeval nie vinnig op n grond pad nie so enige persoon sal die grond pad kan ry . Baie dankie aan die eienaar vir die lekker aand wat ons daar kon bly in die wonderlike huisie .
