54th Street Grill & Bar

Great selection, delicious food and good service! Love their all you can eat lunch soup and salad combo. Portion size is generous. Everything I've had on the menu was great but I especially love the potato soup. If you order a sandwich, ask for gringo dip (slightly spicy white cheese) to dip your fries in. Atmosphere is standard bar and grill style with posters and relics from classic movies and advertisements from 50s products. Sometimes a bit loud due to acoustics, never rowdy.

Love the food, it's consistently good. My biggest complaint, and it's a good one for them to have, is there's almost always a 30 minute wait for seat. I've been there about 20 times and most of the time I leave because the wait times are longer than I care to wait. The food is very good, though it will generally cost about $17 for most meals with a tea and tax.

This place is amazing at being mediocre unless you have a drink. The amount of alcohol will make everything they serve become magically the most heavenly, magnificent food you've ever tasted. Here's what to do: sit in a booth, tables are over-rated. Tell the server you want a margarita (you choose your flavor, my favorite is all of them). Once you receive it, order waffle fries and gringo dip and the border attack with one chicken and one beef (the server will understand). Realistically, only eat half or you'll be too full. Take the rest home for when you wake up hungover tomorrow. This is the greatest way to maximize your trip to 54th. Good luck!

Great food. I love the Gyro Pita. And service is usually pretty great. There's so many fun things to look at on the walls and hanging from the ceilings. Very family friendly. Has a separate bar area for game viewing and such.

Food good but the waitress made us sit in the bar area. I guess it was her turn in the rotation but I literally ask why we cant sit in a booth in the dining room and she said because this is whats open here. Which I know was a lie because I served.
