The Well Bar - Grill and Rooftop

The past three times I've been here over the course of two years I've had horrible service on the rooftop patio. They are never staffed right for a busy nice day to sit outside. The upper bar never has anyone working it and the, most of the time, single staff person who works the rooftop has to be running up and down stairs to retrieve your beverages and food. This last time I was there was for a friends birthday and all of our food was cold, the drinks took 15 minutes to get to us, and several tables, ours included, ended up having to speak to the management and get all of our food and drinks comped. Which would have been good if we even wanted to eat the gross cold food that they bought. I will never be going back here as this seriously has happened way to much.

Decided to tried this place out in Waldo. It was a pretty pack for a Saturday evening, which I don't mind at all especially for a bar. Good place to chill, eat, and watch the games on TV. I order an item off the menu, a Gyro Pita Sandwich with fries. It was good and not too soggy. Flavor was okay. Got full pretty quick. My friend order the wings appetizers as an entree and also a side of fries. She like and it came out pretty good amount of wings, they were decent size and delicious with the buffalo sauce. Service wise, it's not really the best, our server was busy and we didn't get our drinks refilled the second time when we almost finished our food. But he was helpful and got our food in a timely manner. Also, thanks to other yelpers, if you check in, you can get a free spinach dip appetizer.

We really enjoyed the rooftop experience. We had half-price appetizers and low priced drinks. One of the best happy hours we've had in a while. The service was very good, too.

Always fun and hopping. Take advantage of the happy hour. The nachos are amazingly good. Their mixed drinks are super good as well. All of their apps are very good and half price during happy hour as well. Of all the 5 times I have been here I have always left having a lot of fun and with good food and drinks.

Got here and sat on the rooftop for 20 min before we finally had to go to the bar and order drinks from the bartender. The bartenders were really nice and made the drinks well and quickly. The server was not very attentive so we had to keep going to the bar to order drinks.
