A-1 Concrete Leveling Colorado Springs

Wow, these guys are awesome. I got a quote from another provider for leveling and repairing some concrete slabs in front of my garage, and the quote was SUPER high. Called these guys out and they looked at it and told me it was a waste of money to do the work because it was going to be destroyed by water / ice expansion in 5 years anyway even if repaired. Then they gave me a reference for a great concrete company who can fully replace the damaged slabs for about 60% of what the other provider wanted for just leveling them. Needless to say, I am super happy to have found an honest company that did something outside their immediate best interest to save me money.

A-1 Concrete was recommended by our contractor Gary Boogaard and this was a great referral. A-1 Concrete took on two jobs; a neighbor needed a repair on her front porch and Eric set it up to have this very small job completed with in a weeks time, 2nd job was for my mom which has moved into a new home only 4 years old and her driveway/side walks/patio had all dropped significantly. They showed up on time and repairs were everything discussed, lifting one area close to 4 inches, other places 2-3 inches and rest of area maybe just an inch. Workers were professional, honest, and a pleasure to have make these repairs. A-1 earned all 5 stars from us and our recommendation.

A-1 provided caulking and sealant services at our home about a two years ago. I'm amazed at the quality of work and how well the sealants have held up over the past couple of years. The staff, services and professionalism provided by this company are beyond expectations. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for concrete leveling or sealant and caulking work, you wont be disappointed!

Our driveway needed significant repairs and estimates to remove and replace it were astronomical. One concrete company suggested we call A-1 Concrete Leveling to see if it was a candidate for 'mud jacking'. A-1 came to the rescue and was able to salvage our concrete driveway for a small fraction of the price. Before and after pics attached. I highly recommend their service.
