Horrible customer service. Called for an estimate. Lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested I have the contractor swing by the site for a proper site survey. We schedule an appointment for 10am a few days later. I took time off work for the day of the appointment. At 8 am on the day of the appointment Tom called and said he would not be able to make it on time. He also went on to say it would be pointless to come look at the site until we had building plans. He refused to even give a "ballpark" estimate. Tom said with out building plans he can not bid the job. Who in their right mind would spend 30k on a steel building to get the plans before having a ballpark price on the concrete slab.
