I have worked here for about 6 months, they offered me a decent job while I was a temp labor for them after they saw I actually like to work. I love it so far, everyone is kind here and are pretty much here to do some skilled work, so the fun part is a bonus.

This place is definitely the worst place I have ever worked. I experienced an enormous amount of racism during my time with the company. I even brought the problem up to my manager and he did nothing about the issue. I remember being the only one forced to dig trenches when they knew the wind would just knock the dirt back and I'd have to do it all over, all while they were on a smoke break or an extended lunch. I even remember my co workers making fun of one specific co worker and harassing him saying that he never worked hard enough constantly ( he was the hardest worker) also was a person of color. Once brought up he was the one fired. I'd just avoid this company all together.

Did a job for a guy named Jackson, put in a complaint on my name saying I wasn't working hard enough yet the whole time I was there I took only breaks he told me to, and he never once told me to work any harder. Secondly he wouldn't even return a phone call to explain his complaint. Would not recommend anyone apply to this place or if you get offered a job from them by a staffing company, do not take it.

Groninger did a great job on our residential sidewalks and a concrete slab in the back yard. Doug provided great communication throughout the process. The crew was clean, professional and paid great attention to details.
