Sam the Concrete Man Colorado Springs

The local Sam Concrete Man company is operated by John Bandock. John started the Job in early June with the demolition of my upper deck. There was a lot of rain in both June / July but John didn't put down any water protection or tarps which caused massive leaks into my garage and exercise room. There as also damage to our fence from one of his dump trailers. After numerous attempts to get in touch with John in July and August he finally contacted me and said he had crew issues but would be able to finish the deck the following week. Despite numerous calls and texts i have not heard from him. I have hired another company to finish the work but need John and his company to pay for the repairs to the drywall in the garage, the fence damage, the water damage in the weight room which consists of new carpeting, painting and drywall work. In addition, the sub floor he replaced needs to be replaced again due to the water damage. Total estimate for all items is roughly $30,000.

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 4:00pm, nobody showed up, nobody called. They contacted me and gave a fair estimate today, will see how it goes.

This a very professional, experienced and knowledgeable outfit. The gent who came out to our property was Top Notch. I have built 220 homes on the Front Range of Colorado and these guys will not steer you wrong or rip you off. His quote was precise, he understood the problem and his price was reasonable. EXCELLENT!
