Flat & Fancy Concrete

Flat and Fancy is overall an incredible company. Very high level of customer service and very detail oriented. Incredible work that was done in 2 days, for a 300 sq ft stamped and stained patio, as well as a pathway to our door. The staff that did the work was very professional and respectful. Overall the high level of customer service as well as the quality of work, not to mention the incredible warranty, is why I have, and why I will continue to recommend this company to my friends family, coworkers, and neighbors. We love our beautiful new sidewalks! They remind me a bit of something I might see in Alice in Wonderland. We choose color, shading, and texture. Ray and his crew did an amazing job. With our ever changing weather, we had a few unexpected delays. We were kept well informed. Thanks to all involved. Looking forward to dealing with you on our next project!

We've had Flat & Fancy do 2 projects for us and we're very satisfied with the results. Their employees are very professional and take pride in their work. On this last job, even though they state in their contract they are not responsible for damage to existing sprinkler systems, they came out and repair some minor damage. Our thanks to Ray and Joe, the work supervisor for an excellent job. We were also extremely please in how they cleaned up the work site. We will definitely use Ray and his team in the future.

Ray and his whole crew did an excellent job on our patio. Everyone was very professional and it is obvious they all take pride in their work. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up all debris after the project so the only evidence they had been there was a new beautiful patio. We will definitely use them again for any other concrete projects and highly recommend Flat and Fancy Concrete to anyone who wants a well designed and constructed concrete project that will easily last for 30 years.
