Springs Concrete "Home of the Driveway King" and "Signature Stamped Patios"

Springs Concrete impressed us from the beginning to the end of our patio install, and we absolutely love the end result. Dan met us at our home and was actually able to begin the job the next day. Well, the first dealings were good. Lots of response from Dan to "get it right" but now that the time has come to make good on that statement I can't get a return call or any response to my un-level pool pad. It's off by a good 3-4 inches in some places. Can no longer use the gate to the backyard from the new driveway as they blocked the gate. Wish I would have spent my money with someone else.

Daniel was a great guy to work with. We absolutely LOVE our patio! We had a few communication glitches, but Daniel was quick to address them. He went above and beyond to give us the product we wanted at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again for future projects. I would recommend a couple things though: Since the sprinkler system isn't covered if there is damage (and this is likely to happen when they're digging), have your sprinkler guy lined up for the day they dig, so anything that goes wrong can be addressed. If you'll be putting in a gas line for a fire pit, be sure to talk to your masonry guy first (I recommend Good Ole' Boys) and have them lined-up as well before the concrete gets poured. Also, be sure to have any cable lines checked by your cable company and have them come before the concrete gets poured. This is a concrete company, not a sprinkler, cable, electric or masonry company, so plan accordingly. And ENJOY your patio!! :-)

There are many cracks in the concrete, some the length of the patio, this patio is only 2 months old. Dan had his guy Jake come out to fixed them twice...But they are still there. Otherwise the patio looks great. Which is why I gave it a 4. I was told they will come out in Spring 2017 and reseal for free. UPDATE on free seal, After several emails and phone calls to this company, they never responded for the free seal job in spring. Tried again 2 weeks ago and the woman who answered the phone finally told me they would get back to me, they never called back. Not happy with the way they handle their business. Customer service lacks big time.
