Rusin Concrete Construction

I frame custom homes and Rusin is my favorite foundation company to follow! Recently we had to start a parade of homes house without the basement slab poured and walk-out condition. Since Rusin has such a high degree of accuracy and I had no real way to square my foundation, I simply relied on the foundation to be accurate. After framing my walkout walls and installing my floor, my framing, trusting Rusins' foundation to be true, was square within an 1/8 of an inch! Such a pleasure to work with and follow professionals that have the integrity to take pride in their work!

Went out and received multiple concrete bids and made the mistake in choosing Rusin to do our new home foundation. Their original bid with preliminary drawings was $38,000 then received another bid after drawings were complete for $44,000 but the bid was labeled as cost plus not firm like our other bids which were firm. When we talked to Rusin they told us they always add fat and that their final more then likely would be less. The foot print did not change but our garage walls got a little higher and Rusin charge us an additional $4,000. Then let's talk about how they leave your property not only did me and my family have pick up all their trash everyday (McDonald bags, chicken bones, beer bottle caps yes beer bottles). We had to pick up the trash so it would not blow all over the place. Then we found 3 sticks of rebar just thrown in our bushes. It's not over then one of their guys took a dump in our bushes. If you decide to get a quote from these guys make sure you get a firm price and take pictures of the mess and show them what they did cause when you speak to their owners they just talk about how long they have been in business and they would never do this. Of course this is after they were paid, what else would they say
