A Precise Home Inspection Inc

Since I work for a local business in the service industry my first requirement for a home inspection was that it come from a LOCAL company. To my surprise, 2 of the bigger "suggestions" were from franchise companies with offices here, found this out after calling and getting some rates (which of course were more than I expected). After calling Lance and speaking with him for 5 minutes, I felt much better about his business doing the inspection. Friendly, knowledgeable and a petty nice guy to boot. Lance was fine with me watching his process and asking questions along the way, and he was very forthcoming about things to keep in mind as a homeowner for the future. He really is thorough and precise, and EVERY demand that we made to our sellers that was a part of his "list" was approved, no questions asked. We were buying our first house, and Lance was incredibly friendly and very detailed in his inspection. Our real estate agent, who has been in the business for over 20 years, was quite impressed by the level of detail included in his report. He was able to explain the issues in a way that was easy to understand, even for a layman. At the end of the inspection, he printed us the full report right then and there, so we could go over it right away. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Lance was wonderfully thorough in his inspection of this home, my first purchase. That gives me great confidence to move forward with my buy. When I considered that he took over 2 hours going over everything, it makes the price for inspection a tremendous value. Based on his noting the neighbor's radon remediation system, I had him initiate a radon test on top of the standard inspection. His long experience with home inspection was a real plus when he answered all my questions. At the end of inspection he e-mailed me the complete inspection results PDF and also handed me a binder with the printed report. Today I received a ease of mind. Being a new home owner can be very stressful. Knowing that my home has now passed a very thorough inspection thanks to Lance is relieving. He did an excellent job, pricing is very good and I would recommend this company without hesitation!
