I have enjoyed working with everyone at Saint Aubyn Homes and would recommend this builder to anyone wanting to have a new home built. With that said, we have especially enjoyed working with Zach. He is very professional, friendly, and respectful. We were impressed with his genuine concern and willingness to always go above and beyond to take care of our needs and following up to make sure we were absolutely satisfied with the outcomes of any issues that we may have had. He has responded quickly and with the utmost concern to all our phone calls and texts. Answers to our many questions have always been answered by Zach with a professional and caring attitude. We appreciate Zach for making us feel that our concerns were always important to him. We thank you Zach for turning the stressful home buying experience into an overall pleasant experience for my family.

We recently purchased our home in Meridian Ranch. I must say, I was extremely impressed with the work from all members of the Saint Aubyn team. Kit was amazing to work with and attended to all our needs. Extremely flexible and was very thorough, explaining the process from beginning to end. There were a few concerns during our final walk-through, but Caleb and Jason did a phenomenal job ensuing our needs for our new home were met. I appreciate the effective communication throughout the process! It was nice working with a group of people who always seemed willing to help! Our experience with Saint Aubyn has been great. We had our retirement home built at the Estates in Meridian Ranch on July 2017. Coming from overseas, we were very pleased the built was on time. The warranty manager, Luke Loveless has just been phenomenon. He has worked with us every step of the way with taking care of the punch list items. Great customer service! We just love the way our house stands out from the neighborhood. I highly recommend this builder.

Mike with the warranty department of Saint Aubyn is the BEST in the business. I have lived all over the country and have had several new homes and no one has stood behind their work or helped us more than Mike! Absolutely wonderful to work with and couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone and everyone looking to buy or build a house! He is awesome!!!!! We loved our saint Aubyn homes. The homes are very well built and great to work with. We absolutely love our home and would recommend them to everyone.
