Classic Homes

The Design studio had actually moved to the corporate office at Woodmen and I-25. So I called the number. The man who answered was beyond helpful. He clearly explained the course of action I needed to take. Still believe they are the best builders in the Pikes Peak.

Can't say enough about this company. They make one of the best homes in the Springs and are very attentive to the details. We are building one of their homes.

We have lived here a little more than 3 months and have easily decided that we would not recommend a Classic home to anyone! The "water efficiency" toilets require at minimum 3 flushes. Brought this up in our 1st survey which has yet to be responded to. Next, the interior doors either get stuck shut and you have to give them a yank to open, or....they never latch and open at their own free will. It is really fun to have our home alarm go off in the middle of the night and scare the holy hell out of us or go off during the day and have the alarm company and the police calling us. After waiting 2 weeks for "parts on back order", we still have no dishwasher...... even though in our walk-through we were told you were switching appliances in your upcoming homes because of the complaints you've gotten with the ones that we have....but yet, we call you to report our 3 month old dishwasher needs a pile of new parts, and it's not your problem. I suspect the microwave is next since not at 3 months old, it sounds like a tank roaring through battle. Today, I am at my limit though. I wake up to water flooding the whole cabinet under our kitchen sink. Cleaned it all out and found the culprit.... old looking leaking gaskets. Awesome! Just what we want to do today. Believe it or not, the list could on. Not happy to be Classic Home owners at the moment.

We were looking at houses to build in Colorado Springs, while we were living in Iowa. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we got with Adam Pillmore and Classic Homes. Adam provided information and costs upfront for us to make an informed decision. He was very helpful as we decided which Classic home would be best for us. With just 3 visits to Colorado Springs we picked the house, went through the design center, and did our final walk through. All the rest was from Iowa. Adam was great to send many pictures each Friday so we could see the progress. We were able to talk with the construction manager each Friday as well. The house is just as we requested and was done on time. Thanks Adam and Classic Homes.
