The Home Depot

This is a great Home Depot location. It's located in a good part of town, conveniently located off Academy Blvd and close the the highway. I offer place my order online and do a store pickup. The staff here is also helpful when trying to find an item. The first Saturday of the month, they provide free crafts to kids. If it's your first time, they give out a free Home Depot apron for the kids and after completing their craft, they provide a pin to put on the apron. Our kids have a blast

Just needed an item in front if the store. The gentleman at the self service checkout was on his phone and preceded to be for 2 min before even acknowledging us. We then waited 15 min out front for to someone to come unlock the item. He seemed more than bothered that he had to do this , which is funny because it is his job. Maybe some more customer service training ???

Excellent Customer Service from Larry in the Electronics Department. He helped me figure out the Volts & Wattage for my outdoor hanging lights. He went above and beyond to help me with my product and what extension cord works. Thank you so much! =)

I have shopped this store MANY times as I was making improvements to my home. It seems obvious that Home Depot is selective about who they hire as it seems no matter which employee that I spoke with, they always had the right answers. Each time I asked about where a product was located I would get a quick answer that included isle and bay number. On more than one occasion an employee pulled out a smart device to find the location and availability of a product, very impressive. If you have need for home improvement items, I highly recommend this store to fill you need.

Found a product I needed online saying 8 on hand in store. Also found a backup in case first choice wasn't available. Nobody was able to help as customer service wasn't this shifts strong point. I finally found someone to help and they found same info I did saying 8 on hand and it was not a product she could find... Neither was the backup I came in for. Oh well. Don't trust inventory levels on computer or home Depot in general.
