Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

The Gentleman that assisted me in the tool rental department last week was awesome! However, I couldn't arrange a delivery online, so I called to make an order and was on hold waiting for building materials for 31.5 minutes before I was disconnected. I called back and asked for a manager and was put on hold for an additional 7 minutes. I prefer HD, but I don't have time to wait anymore...

This is a big store and if you cannot find what you need here they will order it for you. They have a military discount program but you have to sign up first by going to the customer service desk and filling out the forms. They rent tools as well in case you need something special for a job.

Above average selection for Home Depot's. Friendly tool rental staff. Would recommend the one on academy for commercial contractors

Waited on hold 30 minutes and talked to a live director about 5 times to find out the tool rental department closed 30 minutes in to the call when they were open 30 minutes prior all i wanted was pricing!
