When we arrived, we smelled the hotel as we walked across the street (parking isn't included and is $25 a night in the public lot across the street). Seriously, the air freshener smelled like old man cologne from the mid 80s. So strong I could literally taste it. Our first room was 307. We found out when we went to request a different room that all the 07 rooms have 2 huge west facing windows WITHOUT ANY kind of coverings. The second room was facing the parking lot/street. Noisy doesn't begin to do it justice. Friday night wasnt awful, but Saturday night there was a near endless stream of fire truck sirens, motorcycles, cars with bass so loud the floor in our third floor room. We could hear conversations. Seemingly there was no insulation. I will say that the bed was passably comfortable and the shower is awesome (regular or rain options). Still not worth the noise.

This hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is friendly. We did have an issue with the 10.00 credit that they give platinum elite members. It said it could be used on food and beverage. So we picked items from the store, at check out they told us it can only be used at the lounge and bar. We informed them that we do not drink and it does not say that on the card they gave us. They still refused took honor the credit. We were not happy.

I stayed there for two weeks. The rooms are big and clean. The crew is very helpful and polite. I really liked staying there.

New and clean, but a little odd in some ways. The rooms are well appointed, though not so much for a business traveler. The desk and chair aren't well suited for working for any length of time. The WiFi was strong and reliable, though. Only a couple of small drawers for personal items, and a small closet with no door. The bed was very comfortable. Biggest letdown was the lobby bar. No TVs and only a snack menu.

This was my first time staying at an AC brand hotel and I was really impressed. Staff was friendly and professional. My room was modern and extremely clean. Hotel is located one block from baseball stadium and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. The only downside was the fact the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast for platnium elite members. They also do not offer self-parking. I took an Uber, but I believe valet parking is $25 per day.
