Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel

Stayed here for our anniversary and for previous Thunder games. Really didn't stay around the hotel much for the Thunder games, before anniversary it was just terrible. I asked for a sweet and we got a room with a chaise lounge that I paid over $200 for on Club level, no perks whatsoever. Got massages they were awesome. But we had to shower off in the locker room because even though when I booked the room they said we could have late check-out, when we arrived they allowed us to check out at noon, when are massages where at 11:30. Which would give us no time to shower. Don't think we'll stay again but will definitely come back for massages!

Valet sucks!!!!! Decor is outdated and showing wear for the price. Do not expect to have your car within the 15 minute time. Ridiculous weight times blamed on shift changes. They should actually take the ticket when you hand it to them instead of glancing at it and not relaying messages. The long weight saved me. Tip, I guess. You also have to stand, I repeat stand outside while you wait. No seats by the door inside or out and no one who will alert you if your car does ever show up!

Great location next to the convention center, Bricktown and Sight-seeing within walking distance, didn't need a car! No shuttle from airport. Breakfast club room was nice. Rooms were clean, beds extremely uncomfortable, had springs sticking through the mattress, the staff could do nothing about during our stay. No one had changed the pullout-dirty sheets. No extra blankets or pillows. All outside noise filtered in to the rooms, in the hotel and outside the windows.

We had a great stay here! All staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! Our bed was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 year anniversary!

Nice place. Staff were extremely friendly. Had to stay there due to an ice storm, so was not planned. Was upgraded to the king suite which was nice. The room was a little dated. Ordered a ribeye from room service and it was very good. The potatoes were not as garlicky as I would have liked, since they were advertised to be garlic. Didn't have much chance to do.much downtown, as it was very bad weather.
