Only minor reasons I didn't give it 5. The place is clean, beautiful, had a great breakfast, very modern and we'll priced. The black lady that she checked us in was THE best front desk person I've ever encountered in that travel quite a bit in my life. However I'm a light sleeper and the rooms are not well insulated. Too much noise transfer from the halls and people yelling and talking woke me up all night. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks is really bad. Breakfast (although great) was not fully set up at the 630 time like it said and we basically sat eating in ambiant lighting until they turned the lights on in the breakfast area at 645.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and was fully stocked.

Coffee was hot and fresh. Rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Pool was refreshing after a long drive.

I love Holiday Inn Express. Every time I have been to one, it has always been a great experience. The rooms are always neat and clean, and well arranged. The beds are great, and very large. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is fine, and all the other amenities are excellent. If you stay here you'll have a great time.

I was never a guest at holiday inn. But the pictures of it look nice. 😲
