Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

Even during a busy time, the staff was very prompt and courteous. They were able to address the issue that I had (my fault) kindly and with professionalism. The room was clean and comfy. I slept very well! In addition to that, the hotel is in such a great location with a good amount to do around it.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Beware of $12/day parking fee just to park in their own Marriott parking lot! Rooms are nice, kitchen area with bedrooms separate from couch/tv area. Nice breakfast and evening snacks. Pillows are 1 star, flat down pillows. great location.

Very clean place. Our suite had a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, full size coffee pot, full size refrigerator, dishes, etc. It was roomy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were on the 6th floor with a nice view. My only suggestions would be better pillows and bottle filling station for my reusable water bottle.

This place is trash. I worked there for three months and just let me tell you what you are getting yourself into. First, the company treats their employees like they are disposable. I was personally fired for getting robbed. Don't let them lie to you and say that this place is a "safe area." The homeless hang around and in the hotel all the time. Security is a joke. Ants are on every floor. I can not tell you how many guest complaints I had about ants in the room. They were at least two reports of bed bugs there. One cost the hotel thousands of dollars. The engineering department is lazy and do not do their jobs. They are practically glorified janitors and have no engineering experience. I would suggest avoiding it. It is overpriced and not worth it.

This was an amazing stay for our family trip. We stayed in a two bedroom, and it was perfect! There was so much space and everyone was happy. The accommodations were great. The continental breakfast was quite a spread! I've never seen so many toppings options for oatmeal. There was hot chocolate in addition to the typical coffee offerings. Overall, it was an outstanding stay. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend!
