Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

Had our first stay here on 3/24/18. Can’t tell you enough how nice this hotel is! Very clean and the suite was very affordable and comfortable! The breakfast buffet had the most variety of food I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Horrible experience. The girl at the front desk was having date night with her boy friend and i asked for a view at the top floor she totally ignored my request.She put me right next to the front desk I no more than get into the shower and she is calling accusing me of smoking in the room. She mentioned something about a fee, I get dressed and realized that had emptied my bank account. Running several charges through in my card I only was able to get one removed so we left immediately after being there 30 min. It was obvious they are giving kick backs to employees for finding smokers and obviously this person had no problem lying about my room smelling like smoke it could have been one of the other two doors next to mine, but my bank account is cleaned of five hundred dollars and to top it off nothing was mentioned by her when we arrived about smoking in the rooms so no verbal warming or contract was agreed to they are encouraging theft of people's money by giving these bonuses to employees that might need to make their rent or have a gambling problem. She looked homeless having a date with her boyfriend going down in the lobby. My stay was absolutely horrid. I'm saying watch out for this place. They have no problem stealing from customers. The room was great but I will never step door in another Marriott location as long as I live. The manager conviently left as soon as she made the charges to my card which means she would have had to literally run out the door after doing it. It was absurd and criminal to say the least.

This is a great hotel. The room is very spacious and has a great layout. It has a full kitchen with items needed to cook and eat. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom when we checked in, which was a pleasant surprise, and plenty of racks and hooks to hang them on. The bed and pillows are comfy. I'll definitely look for more Residence Inns when we're travelling.

Great location. We had a 2 bedrooms room with 2 baths. Great room, very clean, very new hotel. Service is excellent. Gym was excellent.

The room was great and the staff was fantastic! It's kind of hard to find when you're looking for it from the road, but that is easily overlooked once you're there and experience the place. I thoroughly enjoyed the little fire pit area next to the pool. From now on I'll be staying here when I visit OKC.
