This hotel is on point! My room was very quiet and the bed and pillows made me sleep like a baby. The climate control in the room allowed for my standard 65 degrees at night and I was able to run the fan on the unit continuously for background noise. The room wasn't filled with LED lights on appliances that I usually have to go around and cover up before I go to sleep and the black out curtains actually made the room dark. The bathroom was spacious and had a deep tub for soaking, great water pressure, and large shelf to put all of my toiletries on. This is the first hotel I have stayed at that had a decent Iron. I was able to get my clothes wrinkle free quickly with the steam button on the iron and the board wasn't clumsy and rickety like those at most hotels. They also provide a nice hair dryer and a magnified makeup mirror with a light! I declined housekeeping one day and was shocked to find a bag of clean towels and more toiletries outside my door. I've never seen that at any hotel I've stayed at before. The breakfast they offer is quite nice and I ate it every day. Oh yeah and if you need a drink the bar is pretty chill and the prices are excellent! One more thing, if you bring your laptop and HDMI cable you can plug in to the port on the wall and watch your own movies or shows on the television in the room. I will continue to stay here!

An absolutely miserable experience at check in. I am a diamond lifetime member and the lady at check in could care less. It got to the point I pleaded with her to stop talking. No breakfast coupons, no water offered, all this after driving 5 hrs. I was tired and in no mood. I asked for nothing and she kept wanting to debit my cc for incidentals. Of which I had none. Guess the $50 credit will post back to my account. Her response over and over was there was nothing she could do. It's a nice hotel but not worth the grief. Embassy Suites is right across the street and the breakfast is better.

Friendly and seamless check in! Hot cookies and a hot tub! The beds were cozy too. I did not try the pool, but my daughter enjoyed it. She says it was Luke warm. I have nothing negative to say. Enjoyed $3 long island iced tea!

It was a nice hotel the service was nice and the rooms were clean. When you walk into the lobby it seemed like you were on an island. I would recommend this hotel again.

Room was very small, walls are paper thin. Had absolutely no sleep for three days. Had to call down and ask for towels 3 times before we got them (took an hour and 15 minutes to get them). Beds were uncomfortable. (Yes, They offered cookies but did not have a nut free option.) Don't waste your $$$
