Academy Overhead Door

I contacted Academy Overhead Door as they are local and family-owned. I was a little disappointed that although the website states "Same Day Service No Extra Charge!", when I called I was told that there was an after hours fee of $99.95 (I called around 7pm). Thankfully, Josh was able to come out the next afternoon at the regular service call fee of $29.95. Josh did an awesome job replacing the garage door springs and rollers. My garage door is now working properly and it is so quiet! I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Great service. Cassia took my call and set up the appointment at the day and time I needed. Josh came out today and explained my options before starting work on the door. He serviced it and replaced the sensors and now my garage door works properly again! Thanks and I would recommend Academy Overhead Door to everyone I know.

They were able to come out right away and fix my garage door in just about an hour. Great customer service! They were thorough and explained everything to me. Garage door repair cost more than I thought it would, and I didn’t have time to get any other bids, so I can’t comment on their price as compared to others.

I would highly recommend this company. Josh came to my house and was right on time. He made me feel comfortable and was able to explain precisely what he was going to be doing and why. I was incredibly impressed with him and his level of professionalism.
