Amazing service. Arrived right when they said they would. Derick was professional and curteous and did a great job breaking down what was going on with the garage in a simple way. The price was more than reasonable and he didn’t hesitate to take care of extra problems found with the door. 10/5 highly reccomend for any garage repair

Was supposed to come between 4-6p. Didn't call until 4:40p and said he would be later than 6p. Called at 6:15p and said he would be even later. Showed up a little after 7p. Quoted me $125 over what another company w/5 star rating is charging me. I have used Doors 2 fix in the past on our rental property and they did well, but after this will not use them again. I did receive a return call from the owner apologizing for timeliness. He is a reasonable guy and has done good work for us in the past. The courtesy call was appreciated.

Both torsion springs broke on the door with a car trapped in the garage. It was 4:30 on a Saturday so we thought surely we would have to wait until at least the next day. Someone arrived in an hour! He had the parts and was able to fix it in about 40 minutes. Great prices and customer service!
