Kudos to Mobile Technician Blane who today used his bicep muscles and his diagnostic skills on a warranty follow up call from me. He solved a problem with a hanging up pulley/cable/spring assembly on my still serviceable 65 year old garage door...instead of just stating "it is what it is".😀

I have had 3 issues with my door over the last 20 years. OHD has always responded quickly. With the latest problem on a Saturday night, I was able to schedule an appointment online for Monday morning. Charles showed up at 8AM. My repair required a custom spring, so he came back with it the next morning and was done in less an hour, for less than the original quote. Great service.

Craig and his staff resolved my issues and we are back in business. I appreciate what Overhead Door did for us today and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks me. I apologize for the original review, I was frustrated with the fact I couldn't reach anyone and faced the fact what I am I going to do with a busted garage door.

I had a sudden failure of my door opener on a Thursday evening and called these folks Friday morning for help. Even though they were very busy they said they'd do what they could to fit me in. Not only did they do that, they also arrived when they said they would and finished the door opener replacement in less than than originally quoted. Everyone was pleasant and very, very courteous. Thanks!
