One Clear Choice Garage Doors

Excellent experience from start to finish. I have used this company in the past at a prior residence and had perfect service. So absolutely no hesitation in calling them when I had issues with my ancient 36 year old door. It was recommended to replace rather than repair and I am just thrilled with the results. The service tech Jasari Dixon was so personable and knowledgeable, extremely efficient and thorough. My new door looks beautiful and works perfect and it was definitely worth the investment! I highly recommend this company, especially Jasari who really knew his stuff and is definitely a hard working man. Kudos! And PS both services I had done at my property were attended to as promised, even the initial emergency service call, on time and I especially appreciated the picture and eta of the service tech via text... nice touch.

We had springs installed 6 years ago with a lifetime warranty. It wasn't a bad deal but I'm guessing the 2 year warranty might be the way to go because it still costs $150 to have the lifetime warranty springs replaced. Springs with a 2 year warranty are quoted at $176. I called about a broken spring and they quoted me $150 the phone for replacement and were able to come the following day. The tech arrived promptly and sized up the job. He highly recommended I replace the bearings and the rollers, as he believed them to be 30 years old. He quoted the whole project at $550 then dropped it to $500 when I hesitated. He threw in a new 5" door seal and drums; however I really wish I had called around but the tech was onsite and able to get the work done. In the future I'll have them just do the work that's been requested and do my research on the other services. May still use their firm for the additional work but just don't like the approach of being up-sold.

My garage door broke this past Friday. By the time 1pm rolled around on Saturday, Jay had it fixed and not only did he have it fixed, he replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Jay was fantastic! He was funny, extremely polite and picked up after himself after he finished an area. He explained to me how everything worked, made sure I didn't have any further questions and was very pleasant to be around! We are so happy with this company that we are now members and will always have someone if something happens to our garage.

Fantastic company! Jason did an amazing job on installing our garage door. It was really quick, professionally done & looks amazing. He even took the time to explain how everything works. Bonny was also really friendly & made scheduling a breeze. Couldn’t be happier, I highly recommend One Clear Choice!

Recently had garage door jam in an open position shortly after noon. Called One Clear Choice, and was pleased to have David come out within less than two hours to fix and adjust the door. It was going to be a cold night, so they made special accommodation to send him out that afternoon! David was very knowledgeable about the problem, and was able to repair the problem in a thorough and efficient manner. He was pleased to share some recommendations on improvements as the garage doors are quite old. He was congenial, and made a not so pleasant situation a lot less stressful. Thanks David!
