Precision Door Service

Great service. My technician, James, was knowledgeable and capable. Talked me through everything he inspected, what needed replacing and why as well as what didn't but might in the future, what to keep an eye on, how to do at home maintenance. More than a garage door service, I got a lesson on how to keep my property in top condition.

We woke up this morning to a broken garage door spring. I called Precision Garage Door at 8:52 and made an appointment for a technician to come out between 10 and noon, with the caveat that if the tech could get here earlier that would be great too. Tom called me at 9:10 a.m. saying he would be here between 9:30 and 9:45. He showed up at 9:40 and not even an hour later, the door is fixed plus he replaced some parts that were either recalled or damaged. I don't know if the price charged was too much; none of the other companies I called answered their phone. Considering the door was fixed within two hours of discovering it wasn't working, I think the price I paid was more than reasonable. Tom was personable, professional and informative, as was the person I spoke to when I made the appointment. I am beyond impressed with Precision's expertise and customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. To those who say to "beware of glowing 5-star reviews," I am a real customer and this is my real opinion.

This guy is great! He was on time informative and has a personal touch that gives you confidence that he believes in the product and his abilities. This was very comforting for me. Thanks for sending James!

Zach (Precision) was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in rebuilding my garage door. He walked me through the mechanics of function and repair. He heard my concerns and brought a practical and affordable solution to the problems with my garage door. The added bonus was his great personality.

Called this place for a new door & opener. They said someone would come by between 2 & 4. That person never showed up. Called and they said someone would call. That person never called. While speaking to them on the phone they couldn't seem to get it together. Very poorly ran company. I told them flat our I just wanted a new door and opener and didn't care what it cost. Ended up going to Home Depot and giving them $3,000 for a new door & opener. I would never let this company near my home.
