Casey at Efficiency is great. Very straight forward honest guy. Will explain all of your options and educate you so you can decide what is best for you. I own a real estate company, and we have had many clients use Efficiency Garage doors. They all have had nothing but great things to say about their experience. Scheduling is always smooth and easy, and they get the job done. I would highly recommend them...My garage door opener unexpectedly broke, so I gave efficiency garage door a call. Wow, is all I can say. I called and they were very friendly, explained my options and pricing very clearly. They were out the next morning and replaced my garage door opener. I am now able to open and shut it with my phone. The tech that was out was very professional, on time. Cleaned up after himself. The install looks clean and tight. Everything works as described. The process was very smooth and efficient all for a reasonable price.

Casey, Phil and Danielle did an awesome job with a garage door in my rental property. The door was seriously misaligned. I asked that for their quote that they perform a realignment of the door and replace some rollers. I didn't see the results of the work and my tenant informed me that the door occasionally wouldn't close all the way before kicking back. I asked my tenant to set up a service call to see if we needed a bit more adjustment. Of course my tenant failed to call and I ended up following up 5 months later....well outside the guaranteed service window. When I contacted Casey and explained that we had reached out within the time he offered to honor the work under warranty even though he clearly would have been in his right to refuse. He sent Phil out who I met at the house. Phil is a solid expert in the nuance of garage doors...they require more talent than one might think at first blush. Phil quickly corrected the adjustment and got us up and running. EGDS will be my first call every time for my garage door needs. Great management, communication and workmanship. Thanks guys! Casey & another staff member helped us pick out the right garage door system for our home. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly, taking their time to answer all our questions. Ryan installed our system that same day. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable with the install. Ryan was very thorough from beginning to end of the install and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving. Quality work! We highly recommend Efficiency Garage Door service! Great experience!

Quick, high quality work at a reasonable price. Phil particularly was great, he didn't just fix my problem but also did some tuning up on the teddy of my garage door to make sure it started fixed. Very happy! Thank you!

I live near this company and had seen it around, so I gave them a quick call after backing into my garage door this morning. Tony was courteous and within 90 min of opening, he had a tech (A.K.A. Matt-the-Garage-Door-Guy) at my house for the small fee of $25 (applied to my repair if they worked on it). Matt was excellent and made the repair in full for a very reasonable rate. All before lunch! I would definitely call them again and have already referred them to a friend that needs some commercial garage door work done. Great job!
