Aire Serv of Fort Collins

Aire Serv responded to a claim placed through my home warranty company, and even though they received it very late in the day, they called me to see if I needed them to work it in before the weekend. This "Can do" attitude carried through to the very end, and was GREATLY appreciated!!! I realize that many home warranty companies are hard to work with, and sadly, Choice Home Warranty is no exception. Still, it is clear that Aire Serv puts their customer's needs FIRST, regardless of any complications which they feel they may face.My furnace posed a small unexpected challenge to David, the repair specialist, because without any warning at all, multiple limit switches and a faulty motor had failed all at the same time. No guess work was involved, and after isolating and testing with temporary bypass methods, each individual cause was identified. The parts were quickly placed on order, and a new appointment scheduled. Now for many companies, this might be where they end the service call and leave with an apology that we would be spending the freezing winter weekend without heat, but not Aire Serv.David was not aware that while he was explaining to me how I could run the system under close observation to heat the house during an emergency condition, my mother-in-law was being diagnosed with pneumonia, and my infant and toddler were being diagnosed with respiratory infections. In addition to preparing for an emergency need with the existing furnace, David set us up with as many loaner space heaters as we thought we might need, at no extra charge, and provided us with contact information that we could use if we encountered any other needs while the repair was being approved and parts being received.Even before the parts were available, Aire Serv patiently spent time battling the home warranty company's attempts to keep from approving the claim, and did not give up until all parts of the claim were approved. Wow!The moment that the parts were available, an appointment was made to fit us in as quickly as possible, the repair was completed, and the system returned to 100% of its normal working condition. Having been through similar occurrences in the past, I realize that so many things could have delayed the repair for several days, and that there was a good chance that I might end up paying for the entire repair myself, but Aire Serve was determined to fight for what was right. For this reason, they will be the company I turned to each Spring and Fall for system check-ups, and anytime a repair is needed. I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of high-quality service at reasonable prices.In addition to all of this, there were a few things which I noticed about their operation which also impressed me. The service technicians immediately recorded all of their efforts into an online system which undoubtedly sped up the ordering and scheduling processes. This same system also sent an email to me prior to each visit, indicating who the technician was, what they would be doing, the estimated arrival and departure times, and a photo which I could use to ensure that the person at my door was the person they sent. As an Architect and Software Developer of Identity Protection and Fraud Prevention software products, I regularly encourage organizations to provide such services to their customers. I have not spoken to Aire Serv about this in the past, so they receive high marks for implementing these services ahead of most others. In a world where home invasions and robberies occur frequently, it is important to protect the ones you love, and it is so comforting to see this realization shared by organizations who are willing to go the extra mile to provide peace of mind.

**Update** Well, not as good as I thought... had my issue remain after their service. As they didn't clean my furnace as I was I they did, I grabbed my vacuum to do so. That's when I found a dead bird that should have been seen. I called another company to come diagnose my issue, by an actual HVAC tech. He replaced my pressure sensor, double checked the system, and left me a reasonable bill. I then called Mike, the owner of Aire Serve to tell him what happened. Her seemed to care and promised a call back the next day, which was now a month ago. Hope this helps them, and you the consumer.** Just had a young man named Elijah come to the house for a furnace tune up. He pointed out some coming issues, but didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was as professional as their office staff, polite, and timely.

Installation was fast and complete! Care was taken to make sure I got the right unit for my house, and the customer service is just something you can’t find these days. JT & Elizabeth we’re just completely awesome! Spending thousands of dollars to cool your house in the summer these days can be ridiculous, but if you decide you need to be cool during the Colorado Summer Months - call these guys! They will give you a straight up estimate and NOT try to nickel and dime you like most companies! They will give you the information, and help you pick the unit that is right for you!! The customer service is so awesome that I’m going to have them heat my garage for this winter!! Thank you all for EVERYTHING you do! JT, you are my MAN!! Let me know if there is anything you need!!! I recently had Aire Serv of Fort Collins install two HVAC units in my home. After taking several bids, I chose them for several reasons: Their bid came in as one of the lowest, they spent a significant amount of time analyzing what I needed, and explaining available options, and a subsequent service plan that none of the others could begin to match. Through it all, sales, installation, and commissioning and follow up, the staff were consummate professionals. This group really knows and cares about what the do. I would highly recommend Aire Serve of Fort Collins to anyone.
