Semi-annual HVAC system maintenance for two years has gone very smoothly. Techs have been on time and completed their tasks in a thorough manner with a professional attitude. They have given suggestions and provided explanations, as well as cost-savings suggestions, clearly. I trust that they, and the company itself, care about quality of service and customer satisfaction. I recommend McCreery & Sun without reservation.

I thought they where great in the beginning but now not so much! We have had them out 2 times and they still can't manage to fix our heater then my husband called them this morning to have them come out again and they hung up on him!!!! Way to be professional!!! And then they bill you 2 months later!!!! I guess we will be finding someone else who is on top of thier stuff! That will fix it and not Nickle and dime u to death by not fixing the problem!!!!

Highly Recommend. We had an issue with our furnace not working properly at the beginning of the colder season (our furnace has had issues in the past, so we should have anticipated this, but pushed it off until it was last-minute). This is of course an incredibly busy time for HVAC folks. McCreery & Sun were able to get us penciled in the next day. Their service was top-notch and their costs were very reasonable. They not only identified the primary issue, but also went on to identify secondary issues that were aiding in the furnace not working properly. We have had other issues with our furnace in the past, and had other HVAC businesses come to fix it before. None of the other businesses were able to fix the latent problems, and then the next year there would be issues again. I am very satisfied with the service we received, and will be using McCreery & Sun for all of our future HVAC needs.

A pleasure to write a review for a company like McCreery & Sun! I recently had work done on 2 rentals houses - one for a new water heater and one got a new furnace. I am not in Greeley, but, as always, I got courteous service on the phone in scheduling appointments, having them pick the best products, and getting back to me with answers to questions and concerns. They come in and work until the job is finished. They clean up the work area and return items that they have moved back to where they belong. Their products are the best, the warranties are excellent, and the work is flawless. I have been a customer for years and you cannot do better than McCreery & Sun!
