I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism from Unique Heating and Air. This is my first experience with them and they have clearly earned my business going forward. The repair recommendations and subsequent service work by Adrian on my central air unit was first rate. The final price was spot on to the original estimate...and the overall costs for the work performed were very reasonable. The prompt phone follow up by the company, on time arrival by Adrian for the service work and even a phone call from the owner Adam, far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with. Received calls from the office to set appointment, and then one to let me know they were on the way. The installers, Tyler and Adam showed up on time and were very professional. They had the old furnace out, and the new one in in no time. They even left the work area cleaner than what it was before they got there. I'm glad I found this company, and will highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for some HVAC work. It's good to know there are still construction people in the business out there doing it right. Thanks again

From beginning to end, Unique provided excellent service and communication. We like to support local business, and the founder and owner of the business answered our initial slightly-panicked call about a malfunctioning furnace and provided all needed information for us to make a decision on next steps. The technician, Son, came out right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and completed a 5-minute fix. He stayed to ensure everything was working properly, which was important because it is sub-10 degrees F. Son was professional, courteous, and skilled, and we were so relieved to have such a quick and professional job. We liked the service so much we are strongly considering signing up for a furnace and A/C management plan with Unique. Highly recommended!

Once we caught up with the quote (winning bid after much research) very professional and friendly from start to finish. Addressed our specific building needs, flexibility on what furnace/ac to install, good followup, quick/efficient but careful, excellent overall experience.
