IMS did a fantastic job! They were polite and friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves very nicely. AND they finished the job almost a whole earlier than estimated! Highly recommend giving them a call. Also, we contracted with them directly, not through Home Depot.

We were very happy with our experience with the IMS team and their contractors. From the time of our consultation and estimate with Aaron, through the installation; we were very pleased. The installers left no trash behind and were very thorough walking us through everything. I would recommend IMS to anyone!

I needed HVAC done they were the best from start to finish. I was happy with their response. They were very timely. They always did what they said they would do. Their crew was excellent and easy to work with and I was able to add my input they had great communication. If you want it done right at a fair price call them. You will be happy you did

Because I know all about furnaces: 1) runs on gas 2) heats house 3) must change filters, I offered to supervise the installation of the 2 Carrier furnaces. The IMS gentlemen politely declined my offer and they managed to install a challenging set up on their own. The IMS Staff was courteous and always helpful with information. Easy financial set up with Home Depot thru IMS. THANK YOU for an uneventful service.

My furnace and air conditioner were installed in a very professional manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves and did a very efficient job at the installation. The office staff and the initial estimator at the house we're very friendly and helpful. I personally like the fact that they were so helpful with the rebates on this equipment.
