The Best Costumer Service, very clean environment, razonable estimates , They took very good care of myself and my car , Extra mile with having my rental ready and my car done on time according with the schedule and their promises . Five stars for now, more to come later. This review is as of getting estimate. Will update/revise upon completion of work. So far staff very friendly, knowlegible, and very clean facility, especially for an auto body repair shop! Gives the impression and assurance that your car will be like new again... perhaps with complimentary auto detail?

Terrible business, used to work there, workers steal stuff out of your car, go through your stuff, don't leave money or anything valiable in your car cause it'll go missing. If it were me I would never take my car to repaired there, oh and also they're all very rude there, honestly the worst business I have ever worked for.

These guys did an excellent job! The entire process went great, I liked how they kept me updated on the progress every few days. They also went above and beyond to double check everything and gave my car a good wash. Also Courtney Hartwell was very pleasant to talk to, and every time I spoke to her she was very informative and very helpful. Thank you Courtney!

I needed auto body repair for my car twice in one month. (bad luck) I at first went to Service King in Plainfield. Terrible......please see my review on their google site. I decided to try Car Star for the second repair. Car Star was so much more professional. I received almost daily reports on how the repairs were going. The staff was very helpful, and I even received a thank you note in the mail a few days later thanking me for the business. Well done, Car Star.
