CARSTAR Yorkville

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate, leaving from Chicago, was told to call enroute if I could arrive by 4:30. 10 min later, left jobsite and headed out, called to say I could make it by 3:30, spoke to a woman this time, that was SO RUDE, I could not believe it. This person should not be in contact with customers, ever, for any reason. I've been in the auto repair business for 30+ yrs, and never been treated like that before. I don't know what kind of work they do, but I'm not going to find out. Called both other shops in town, both were friendly, and accomodating. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE..

This company was amazing and helped me figure things out after I got into a minor accident. The staff was extremely friendly, and offered snacks, water, and options. They gave me honest opinions and helped me in my time of need. I highly recommend CARSTAR for anyone with auto repair needs. The only issue I faced is the length of time it will take for repair-- but that is ONLY because they are backlogged with other jobs (probably because they are so amazing!). Seriously, go here if you need auto repair.

They did good body work to my escape. But the day we got it back I startef to have power loss issues and actually almost wrecked the car twice dude to sudden power loss. The manager I spoke too didnt seem too concerned with this. He also didnt find anything wrong with talking to people THAT DO NOT OWN MY CAR about it and never called me personally about it. I'll ensure my car goes elsewhere next time it needs work done.
