Rolando and his crew did a fantastic job repairing my car. He was patient with the many calls I made to check on the status of the repairs due the insurance company's complete lack of understanding of providing customer service.

I've brought three cars to Maaco Palatine for body damage and painting. The workmanship is the best, pricing is very reasonable and the staff is great to work with. I trust the Maaco team and would highly recommend them. I don't normally write reviews, but I do for local businesses that deserve it.

No business responsibility. Talked to Rolando on Friday and make an appt to drop off car Saturday. Drove 45 min and there was not a soul on site. The lights were on and open sign was lite but nothing. Here's a tip! Be open when you're supposed to be, and oh yeah your corporate office will hear about this too!
