I just called this body shop to get an  Estimate a price range on how much to paint a front Bumper on my car the guy on the phone says we just going to pass and shuts the phone in my face ,not  just rude but very insulting i was considering getting work done at this place but i guess i would take my  Business elsewhere. So rude!

Honest, Straightforward, Fair and Friendly.  My Toyota van was towed to Platinum after being rear-ended.  I had to decide whether to go with the insurance company's decision to declare the van a total loss, or pay extra to have it repaired, since I wanted to continue to use that van.  Platinum walked me through the key points of that decision, and I really valued their counsel.  Decided it wasn't worth it to have it repaired.  Appreciate how they dealt with me; I'd certainly recommend them.
