Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

At first a little dismayed, because they were running late. They were very nice; pricing seemed better than fair, a good shake. They were timely with their work. But the part that impressed me most was when I was coming after work to pick up the part and I was running late. I called and the call went to the store manager, he said he left but he would call his guy. I get there and nobody was there I felt distraught, so I drove around the building thinking I may find him around back. I thought of leaving but decided to check again, I saw one of the technicians coming out of the shop heading to his car, which wasn't there before. He was gone, but came back. Now that is really going the extra mile, literally. He even offered me coffee and let me use the washroom, and he was incredibly nice about it. If that's not spectacular service, then I don't know what is. It's worth mentioning that the bumper looks wonderful, color looks exactly like the original parts.

They have no concept of professionalism or customer service. I made an appointment to get a quote a day in advance. This location is 1 hour away from me and upon arriving I was informed by the assistant that the technician for the quote was not there. The assistant called the technician and he informs him to take pictures for my quote. I get a call the next day with the technician informing me they are unable to service my car because a part needed replacement. I went to a different paint and body shop that same day and they were able to quote me and start to work on the car that same day. I wasted 3 days and 2 hours of driving time just to be denied.

This was my first paint job done and definitely not my last! When I first came in on wednesday I had no idea what to expect out of this paint job... 2days later I come in and my car is fresh and flawless. Thanks Jatin!

They offer a good quality job , low prices and they are really fast and helpful. I had some minor dents fixed on my car on the same day .

Justin at Maaco did the best bodywork for me. I couldn't be happier. My Jeep looks brand new again. He beat the competitors quotes by 30%. I saved so much because Justin worked with my budget. He gave me a ride home, so the work could be done. My Jeep was ready when he said it would be. I highly recommend Maaco in Carol Stream.
